Leave of Absence

Requests for a leave of absence should be made in writing to the Associate Director of the MPP Program and cannot exceed one calendar year.  Please note that due to the lackstep, cohort nature of the program, permission to take a leave of absence is granted only in rare circumstances.

Withdrawals

Students may withdraw from the program in the Batten School upon the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the Associate Director of the MPP Program.
• The withdrawal become effective the date it is received.
• Students who withdraw have no guarantee of readmission.
