Westhoff currently serves as the ambassador to Egypt for the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Born in New York City, Rear Admiral Paul Becker was commissioned an intelligence officer upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1983. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and diplomas from the Defense Language Institute, the Naval Command and Staff College and Armed Forces Staff College.
