The First 100 Days of the Trump Administration: What is Possible? With Professors Raymond Scheppach and Randall Lutter

When
Feb. 10, 2017, 11:30 a.m.

Professors Scheppach and Lutter will outline potential policy changes that the new Trump Administration can implement quickly and unilaterally and then those that require lengthy administrative processes or Congressional action. Their discussion will address the federal budget process (including reconciliation, deferrals and the continuing resolution), the process of cutting federal regulations (including the Congressional Review Act) and efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act and other entitlement reforms.
