Pay for Success and Social Impact Finance 2.0 is a convening for representatives of local and state government, service providers, philanthropy, advocacy, and elsewhere who are interested in exploring whether Pay for Success (Social Impact Bonds) is a good fit for their communities. Attendees will gain exposure to topics such as, "Why Pay for Success?" and the evolution of Pay for Success, as well as topic areas such as impact evaluation and benefit-cost analysis.

Westhoff currently serves as the ambassador to Egypt for the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
