Co-hosted by the Batten School and UVA Career Center, this event introduced students to various careers in public service—from nonprofits and public interest groups, to research institutions and think tanks, to government and the private sector—and steps to take to prepare for service at the local, state, federal, or international level. 

We hosted three amazing Batten alumni for a virtual conversation about their experiences at UVA and Batten as well as in their professional careers. Watch the video below to hear advice from Adeline Sandridge (BA ‘19), Saajid Hasan (MPP ‘20), and Lauren Cochran (BA ‘22).
