Join us for a special Batten Hour featuring yoga with Mandy Connock. Mandy, a UVA alumna class of 2014, is a certified fitness instructor. She discovered her passion for teaching group fitness several years ago and has since taught over 700 classes. When not instructing, Mandy works as a Project Management Consultant and enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs. No previous yoga experience necessary – all are encouraged to attend!
