W. David Bradford is a Talbott Visiting Professor at the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy for the Spring 2020 term. Bradford joins us from the University of Georgia, where he is Busbee Chair in Public Policy in the Department of Public Administration and Policy. A significant component of Dr. Bradford’s current research involves studying substance use policy, including cannabis and opioid policies. He also actively investigates: the origins of time and risk preferences, and their effects on health care related decisions; and the economics of the pharmaceutical industry.
