Sarah Hanks is the Director of Career Advancement and Alumni Engagement for the Frank Batten School. She has more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit capacity building, change management, and crisis recovery. With a Ph.D. in leadership studies and nonprofit governance, Sarah has applied theory to practice in an effort to advance innovation in program development, generative governance, and capacity building, employing best practices to create lasting change for individuals, families, and communities.
