Courtney Leistensnider is the Admissions Digital Engagement Manager, handling admission communication operations at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and hosting virtual undergraduate advising appointments. She joined the Batten admissions team in October 2025 after completing her MBA at the University of Edinburgh and serving previously as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Batten. Courtney graduated from Christopher Newport University with a double major in History and American Studies and a double minor in Anthropology and Leadership Studies and served as Admissions Fellow at CNU after graduation. As a UVA alum who received her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the Education School, you will most likely see her at many UVA sporting events throughout the year!
