Sarah works as a Principal at Mindset, a bipartisan, multi-client consulting and lobbying firm in Washington, D.C. Sarah is well-respected for advancing policy solutions to some of the toughest energy and environmental challenges facing policymakers and industry. Sarah previously served as the Energy and Coastal Policy Advisor to Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and as a Professional Staff Member for the House Energy and Commerce Committee supporting the Environment, Manufacturing and Critical Materials Subcommittee and the Energy, Climate, and Grid Security Subcommittee. Sarah graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Public Policy and a minor in French.
