Susan K. Payne is the President and owner of Blue Ridge Group, a marketing firm located in Charlottesville. Prior to 2017, she was the President of Payne, Ross & Associates Advertising, Inc. She currently serves as the chair of the board of directors of Virginia Tourism Corporation. Ms. Payne has an extensive understanding of the markets and communities served by the Company and provides marketing and public relations knowledge, better enabling the Company to communicate with existing customers, reach new customers and expand the Company’s brand.
