Originally from Southern California, Admissions Coordinator Estrella Burks-Parra is a 2023 graduate of Washington and Lee University. During her time at W&L she was a politics and theatre double major, with a law, justice and society minor. She graduated with honors in theatre after writing a full-length play and directing a staged reading of the piece as the culmination of her theatre major. Estrella worked in admissions for four years at W&L, helping to recruit, interview and share information about the university and all that it had to offer.
