External Transfer Admissions Webinar Recap

With a variety of options open to UVA transfer students, it can be difficult to know which might be the best program for you. In this post, watch a recording from our recent webinar and read more about transfer requirements and next steps for prospective transfer students!

The Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Leadership is the Batten School’s undergraduate major that you complete during the final two years of your undergraduate education at UVA. For transfer students looking to join UVA as a third year (junior) student after completing their associates at community college or after two years at another institution, the Batten BA program allows you to directly join the school and you can immediately dive deep into how public policy decisions are made, how leaders translate knowledge into action, and how to position yourself to drive real change in government, law, nonprofits, or the private sector.

In the video below, hear from the Admissions team about admissions requirements, including application deadlines, academic prerequisites, and more.
