The event will take place outside from 2:30-4:00 PM in the upper garden of Pavilion X. There will be a fire pit and heat lamps, and attendees should dress warmly. Ian H. Solomon Ian H. Solomon is dean of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, where he leads a multidisciplinary faculty in creating new knowledge and developing leaders who can solve humanity’s greatest policy challenges.
