The discussion will be moderated by Ethan Betterton (MPP '22), VPR's managing editor, and will take place in the Dome Room of the Rotunda in addition to being livestreamed. In-person attendees will receive a Grubhub voucher following the event. Robert Barnes Robert Barnes has been a Washington Post reporter and editor since 1987. He joined the paper to cover Maryland politics, and he has served in various editing positions, including metropolitan editor and national political editor.
