Andrea Headley is an Assistant Professor in the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and also a Visiting Scholar on Race, Policing and Crime at the National Police Foundation. Formerly, she was an Assistant Professor in the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University (OSU), and a UC President’s Postdoctoral Fellow in the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. 

​Her research interests lie at the intersection of public administration and management, criminal justice policy, and racial equity.
