Millennial Action Project’s Steven Olikara Speaks with Students

Steven Olikara, a political entrepreneur, public servant and the founding President of the Millennial Action Project, will speak to University of Virginia Batten School undergraduate students about how they can take on leadership roles earlier in their careers to make a difference. In this session, Olikara will discuss how Millennials across the country are making political cooperation the norm. As the first members of the Millennial generation are now being elected to Congress, Olikara believes there is potential to make substantive policy changes and revolutionize American governance.

The keynote speech is a part of an day-long undergraduate retreat, sponsored by Batten Undergraduate Council. The program also includes work with facilitators and a strategic planning exercise.
