Assistant Director of Career Services

As the Assistant Director of Career Services, Hannah advises and supports students as they identify and apply for a variety of professional opportunities. She previously worked with the central University Career Center as the Assistant Director of Public Service and Government, providing support to public service-minded students through all stages of their career exploration and development. She is passionate about working with students from a holistic perspective and is dedicated to promoting their personal and professional success.

Prior to her work at UVA, Hannah was an Assistant Director within the Office of the Dean of Students at the College of Charleston. She served on the campus Behavioral Intervention Team, where she oversaw cases related to student conduct and case management and provided outreach services to students impacted by personal and emotional crises. With a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Hannah also has experience working with students in a college counseling clinic and private counseling practice. Hannah earned her B.S. in Psychology at Wingate University and an M.S. in Counselor Education (Clinical Mental Health focus) at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two boys, August and Tucker, running around the city with her husband, and playing with her lovable corgi, Albus.
