John Robinson manages photo and video content for the Batten School. He brings 15 years of professional photo and video experience from projects all over the world, including eight years working with Batten as a contractor. John has a passion for visual storytelling and collaborating with wonderful people.

A native of Montpelier, Vermont, he has been based in Charlottesville for over a decade. He and his wife have two children. An avid traveler, he aims to visit every state in the country (currently 35 out of 50) and every continent (currently 3 out of 7). When he is not behind the lens, you can find him in his garden, reading a good book, or carving a new project out of wood.
