Tino Tirado is the Associate Director for the Center for Social Innovation at the University of Virginia. Prior to joining UVA, Mr. Tirado worked as a Research Assistant at the Migration Policy Institute in Washington D.C. specializing in quantitative analysis and climate migration. He also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for U.S. - Mexican Studies in San Diego, California, focusing on historical election results and poverty in Mexican states. Mr. Tirado received his Master of Public Policy from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2023, specializing in program design and evaluation, and received his bachelor's degree in international relations from UCSD in 2021.
