Before joining the Batten School in 2008, Rockwell spent nearly a decade working at Duke Law School, both in career advising and as the law school’s Associate Dean of Students. Prior to these positions, she practiced employment law at the Chicago office of Littler Mendelson and served as the Director of Career Advising and co-director of publications at the University of Illinois College of Law. She earned her JD, cum laude, from the University of Illinois, and her BA in journalism and political science at Indiana University.
