Erinn Lauterbach

I am currently a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the Center for Effective Lawmaking in the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia. I received my PhD in American Politics from the University of California, Riverside, in June 2020.

Alison Carter

Allison is the Operations Director for the Center for Effective Lawmaking. She is responsible for growing and overseeing the programs and activities of the Center. Her primary focus is on cultivating awareness, building relationships, securing funding, and strategic planning. 

Craig Volden

Craig Volden is a professor of public policy and politics, with appointments in the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and the Woodrow Wilson Department of Politics. He studies legislative politics and the interaction among political institutions, including within American federalism.
